Mikei® Mushroom Stick Ramen is inspired by the traditional dish found in Japan. The noodles and soup base are crafted with seven different kinds of mushroom extracts, including red reishi, maitake, kiirotake, shiitake, fukurotake, chakitake and chitake mushroom. The texture of the ramen is a perfect match to the aromatic mushroom broth. It is a simple but delicious bowl of ramen. Product ingredients

 

Stick ramenWheat flour, Wheat protein, Starch, Salt, Water, Mushroom extract (golden oyster mushroom, fukuro mushroom, maitake mushroom, shiitake mushroom, red reishi mushroom), Alginic acid.

 

Mushroom Sauce: Water, Soy sauce, Sugar (sugar, glucose/fructose syrup), Fermented seasoning (syrup, water, rice, sake, salt), Fish essence (bonito essence, dried fish extract, bonito stock, dried mackerel stock, frigate mackerel stock, dried sardine extract, bonito essence powder), Salt, Mushroom extract (chitake, chakitake), Seasoning (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-ribonucleotide), Caramel color, Hydrolyzed protein, Dried kelp extract, Acidulant (lactic acid, DL-malic acid).

 

Flavoured Vegetable Oil: Leek oil, Garlic oil

• This product contains wheat, soy and fish; it may contain buckwheat and egg.
• This product does not contain preservatives and artificial colorants.

Preparation method

Step 1:Bring 500 ml of water to a boil.

Step 2:Add one packet of stick ramen and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 3:Turn off the heat and add both the mushroom sauce and vegetable oil into the boiled ramen.

Step 4:Serve the stick ramen with the soup and enjoy!

Suggestion: Serve with various vegetables or meat.

 

 

Storage:

Avoid direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
