Mikei® Mushroom Ramen is a premium non-fried instant ramen infused with a unique blend of red reishi and 6 other nutritious mushrooms for a rich and savory taste.

Enjoy the mushroom-infused flavour of Reishi, Maitake, Kiirotake, Shiitake, Fukurotake, Chakitake, and Chitake with high quality Japanese ramen in one delicious and easy to cook serving!

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. For best results, cook the ramen in 500 ml of boiling water for 3~4 minutes.
  2. Pour the mushroom soup base and vegetable oil into a separate bowl.
  3. Add the cooked ramen along with the water into the bowl and mix well.
  4. Serve with ramen toppings of your choice.
