Rules and Conditions

• Contest applies to Canadian Residents only.
• Limited to one entry per household per month.
• The first draw will be on October 31, 2009 and the last draw will be on October 31, 2010.
• At the end of each month, THREE winners will be randomly selected to receive a one month’s supply (1 box x 30 capsules).
• ONE winner will be randomly selected on October 31, 2010 to receive a year’s supply (6 boxes x 60 capsules).
• Each entry must include a valid KEY CODE to be eligible to win.
• Required fields* must be filled.
• Your submitted information is for internal use only and will not be distributed to any other parties. We will not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information.
• Nikkei (Canada) Marketing Limited reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the online promotion should any unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond the control of Nikkei (Canada) Marketing Limited affect the administration of the promotion.
